K12 Tshirts reserves the right to change prices or policy without notice and entirely at our discretion. All orders are subject to a 50% Non-refundable Deposit and Balance Due upon Completion of order. Any and All Claims, Returns or Exchanges must be done within 72 Hours after receipt of goods, after that period K12 Tshirts will not be held responsible or liable for any damaged or defective merchandise.

All Contract Job Goods are solely the responsibility of the customer, K12 Tshirts will not be held liable for any goods, or merchandise that is brought here by the customer, and will not replace said merchandise when a dispute arrises,

All Art Created by K12 Tshirts remains the property of K12 Tshirts and is Copyrighted

K12 Tshirts does "Not" sell Screens or Silk-Screens, we charge a Set-Up Fee to cover  overhead cost of Setting-Up the Press

Returns, Exchanges and or Refunds will only be made on Unworn Unwashed Garments

by placing an order with us you agree to these terms and conditions

Any and all Disputes that may enssue will be arbitrated within Leon County Florida, and ALL

Attorneys fees and court cost are the responsibility of the prosecution
