~ Here is what you need to know to supply us with your "Ready for Print" files.
~ File Formats ~ ~ .Tif , .Tiff , .EPS , .JPG , .PNG , .PDF Absolutely NO "WORD" files |

|
|
~ Color Mode ~
~ "ALL" Color Artwork MUST be provided in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) Color Mode. ~ "ALL" Black & White Artwork MUST be provided in Greyscale Mode. |

|
~ Fonts ~
~ "ALL" fonts must be converted to curves, or flattened depending on your program. If we need to re-typeset your copy there will be a nominal $35.00 charge per item per page and side, and we may not be able to match your original fonts. |

|
|
~ Bleed~
~ Build your print ready digital files by adding the appropriate bleed. We require ALL files to be built to the full bleed dimension specified for each trim size. We automatically trim the bleed off each edge, which will result in the desired trim size. |

|
~ What's a Bleed? ~
~ Bleed is the portion of your item that will be trimmed off when it is cut to the final proper size. |
|
|
|
~ Why a Bleed? ~
~ Having a Bleed ensures continuation of colors, images and designs past the final trim size to prevent imperfections from cutting shifts. |
|
|
|
~ Borders ~
~ Make sure you allow a cutting tolerance around your product. We do not recommend borders due to shifting in the cutting process, which will cause borders to appear uneven. |
